Return Process

  Log into your ZIPPY account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
